Imogen Ross has been working primarily as a film and commercial director and producer for the past 7 years for Australian productions and international projects across the Asia-Pacific region, North America and Europe.
She cut her teeth as a field camera op for the local news at CH9, moving quickly into the edit suite cutting major television and event promos for primetime television at CH7 Pyrmont. Keen to explore all aspects of production, Imogen moved into production coordinating, managing large scaled TV launches and major sporting events such as the Rio Olympics (2016) and The Australian Open Tennis (2017).
Moving forward she jumped into the commercial world, producing and directing for international brands such as Acuvue, Fitness First, McDonalds, General Pants Co, PayPal, Dan Murphy's, Bailey's Irish Cream, Telstra, Sanitarium, HP, Moet Hennessy and many more.
More recently, she reached directing success with her dramatic film'Absit' (2019) which was sold to AMC Network's Shorts TV channel in the US. Dubbed as the next 'Terence Malick' (Paul Busetti - Rogue Cinema), her passion strongly lies in vivid storytelling for captivated audiences.
In 2019, she founded 'Evie Studios', to provide full Digital Marketing services to compliment all media production.
Her main focus still remains in directing and producing video content for all stories, big or small. However she thoroughly enjoys jumping back into the post suite as an editor, or on set as a videographer to capture content for her clients.
With a lengthy CV, producing over 500 commercial campaigns in just the last 3 years, she has substantial experience producing large, multi-faceted productions for high level clients and events.
